Foreword

This document contains the Terms of Service of the ADOFAI.gg Bot and other ancillary services$^{(“Bot–Related\ Services”)}$, developed by the ADOFAI.gg Development Team$^{(the\ “Development\ Team”)}$.

Revision of Terms

If the Development Team revises the Terms, the Team will notify you of the revision and obtain your consent of the revised Terms. You must agree to the revised Terms in order to continue using Bot-Related Services. The following is attached in the notice.

• Effective Date.
• Revisions.
• Reason for Revision.

The following will be used to notice and get consent:

• After the enforcement of the revised Terms, notices and requests for consent when a command is used.

The following exceptions are made to the obligation to notify you of the revision to the Terms and request consent.

• When we urgently have to revise the Terms to prevent abuse of important Bot-Related Services.
• When we urgently have to revise the Terms to comply with legal requests.
• When we urgently have to revise the Terms to solve security-related problems.

The Development Team will endeavor to comply with the obligations of notice and request consent, and will not abuse the exceptions above and judge wisely.
